Items marked as FINAL SALE are offered at a discounted price and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or differs from its online description, as required under Australian Consumer Law. Changes and Cancellation

Rachel Gilbert reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the sale promotion at its sole discretion.
Promotions and Discounts

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders. Items purchased prior to the launch of a sale or promotion are not eligible for additional discounts or partial refunds.
Subscription Offer

Orders

1. Orders are accepted upon:
(a) submission of the Order;
(b) payment in full (including shipping, taxes, and duties);
(c) issuance of an Order confirmation.

2. RACHEL GILBERT reserves the right to:
(a) accept or reject Orders for any reason, including unavailability or suspected fraud;
(b) request identification for verification;
(c) cancel an Order at any time;
(d) limit quantities per person or address.
Cancellations by Customer

Customers cannot cancel standard Orders once confirmed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations by RACHEL GILBERT

We may cancel Orders for unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breaches of these Terms. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
