These Terms and Conditions apply to all sale items listed on the Rachel Gilbert website.

1. We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale
2. Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and this promotion cannot be applied retrospectively
3. Refunds will not be granted on this promotion, however items purchased from this promotion can be returned for a credit note
4. This sale available online and in-store 
5. The promotion is only valid on selected Rachel Gilbert products outlined in the online promotion category, viewable here: https://www.rachelgilbert.com/collections/sale
6. The promotion is up to 50% off selected styles
7. Rachel Gilbert reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Sale promotion at its sole discretion
8. Any styles that have been previously purchased before the launch of the sale will not be eligible for a partial refund of the discount
